Cops hide out at the following locations (espicially late at night): Big O Tires parking lot, Safeway parking lot, Village Inn behind their dumpster, Boiling Room parking lot, Rite Aid abandoned building parking lot, Beacon Lite Road, County Line Road, Third Street, Palmer Lake Motors small Subaru dealership, the grassy ditch by the rail road right at the entrance of the city of Palmer Lake, and like to help State Patrol out on Interstate 25. There are few types of cops, like Palmer Lake Police and Monument Police, the Woodmoor Safety Patrol does not count as police and they do not have any authorization to bust anyone. They mainly drive older (97 ish usually) Dodge Stratuses, newer (2000 above) Chevrolet Impalas, a newer (2000 above) Chevrolet Blazer, and possibly a Ford Crown Victoria. The colors are primarily white, with a blue stripe on the sides. Enforcement is small, just look at their police station on Third Street like barely any cop cars, but occasionaly they get help from State Patrol to keep Monument residents and visitors in check.
