I wanted to inform you the unnecessary force of 10 officers with Guns drawn and did not present a warrant prior to entering a house with minor children present in Springville, by ARGO Police Officers. two days later the same police officer whom had no reason to pull a Black male over other than harassment again utilized excessive force, conducted an illegal search and on b9oth occasions failed to read the individual their Miranda Rights. Subsequently there were not motor vehicle changes listed for the individual when the City Police impounded a Car on private property. There is video of this excessive force. The town is not only a speed trap but unfairly targeting Black and Minority persons.
