Driving 280 North to San Francisco, right before (about 1-2m) you reach HWY 92, you’ll see a Vista Point exit that is *closed* with plastic pipes on the road. The EXIT of that Vista point is few hundred feet ahead and its coming down from the hill where vista point is. Thats the place I see 1-2 police cars almost every single day past 2 months. They enter closed vista point and then park at the exit of it, high above where nobody sees them. One cop usually shoots laser gun/radar at the cars below. You can easily see 2 or even 3(!) cops parked in your rear view mirror after you pass exit of that closed vista point. Basically once you pass Redwood city and hit first vista point sign (there will be 2 before HWY 92) slow down to <70. I drive from San Jose everyday around 12-2pm, I always see them. People get pulled over too.
