As you leave Collierville heading east speed limit is 40 mph.
Better do 40 all the way to Rossville.

As well as being a speed trap this town will stop and cite you for anything they hope they might find, such as a tailight out, turn signal, just to check you have your title and all insurance papers. They pulled me over for side windows too dark, and even though I have a doctors perscription for that, they would not accept it(You have to have a letter from the State Certifing the need).......Be very aware of this small town.
This is definitely a speed trap. This is a wide open road and it suddenly drops to 40. It is just plain wrong. To me it is stealing but in a legal way.
The comments I read here are exagerated, they say the speed limit on Hwy 57 is 40; but it is not 40; it is 45. You can go through there at 50 with no problem.
