Be very careful of this area. I was given a ticket for going 55 in a 45 zone. I was not, and tried to reason with the officer. Forget it. It cost me $140 (went straight to the City of Parkin). I would advise slowing down to 35 or 40 long before you reach their 45 speed zone. They don’t seem to remember where their speed zones begin or end.
