US Highway Pacific Coast Highway near Magnolia Avenue
Going South on PCH after you pass the 710 freeway bridge slow down. Next few streets hold bike policemen who are waiting. Seems that there is a speed change. Especially enforced mid to end of the month.

U can't go South on PCH there. It runs East & West, but we get the general idea and it's legit.
