Police car parked at bottom of hill on the right, out of view until very close. Speed limit (not posted) is 55 mph and it is impossible to stay at 55mph or under while coasting down the hill. Further, there is no safe place to stop in the immediate area as grass is high and concrete culverts are hidden by grass. The police aggressively follow with blue lights flashing until the motorist stops.
