Comments:
Driscoll, TX, is a typical rural speed trap. Coming south on Hwy U.S. 77 from I-37 or north out of Kingsville toward I-37, note that the speed decreases quickly w/o much warning from 70 to 55, then, at the Driscoll town limit, suddenly reduces to 40. There's a local cop at that very point of transition who will ticket you with zero tolerance. Driscoll is a tiny town, and it's easy to be on top of it before it's too late.
