On the north bound lane there is a small wall roughly 20 yards before the RailRoad tracks. Generally there is one motorcop there during the morning traffic. Occasionally two. I have also seen a squad car there (all white). When you pass them, if they get you, there is plenty of parking lot immediately after the tracks, which is why I think they like this location. Staying in the far left lane will give you the earliest visibility of their presence. I see them there about 33% of the time between 7:30am and 8:30am.
