Wadsworth Parkway at Park n Ride
Police cruisers park at the west entrance to the RTD Park n Ride. They clock northbound vehicles coming from the 55mph to 35mph zones. The speed limit is 35mph over the bridges, then 45mph along U.S. 287 through the middle of Broomfield, the reverse of what any reasonable person would expect.

While I agree the speed drop is crazy in that area the reason it probably drops to 35 is because the bridge is pretty well past its age and has a curve in the middle of it. What is poor is that there is relatively little advanced warning other than the speed limit signs themselves that the speed is dropping.
