Warner Trail near Fred Waring Drive

Palm Desert, CaliforniaJun 30, 20102 Comments

Warner Trail, between Hovely Lane and Miles Avenue is a speed trap when school is in session at Gerald Ford school. Police regularly give out speeding tickets there, though the street is not a speed trap on weekends or when school is out of session.

Please Note The local Sheriffs is using UNMARKED cars for Traffic tickets. It is ILLEGAl in CA to do this. I called the Sheriffs and they said they can do it ! The California law says an unmarked car can ONLY pull you over IF the Officers Wittiness: an Accident , a FELONY in progress or are pulling over a Stolen car! Because the economy is tight Officers are trying to save their jobs by issuing ILLEGAL methods, creating trumped up phony tickets to save their jobs and and get the cities more money! ..........FIGHT THESE TICKETS!!!

A child at the school was killed by a speeding car at this site in front of the school so they watch it very closely. We should all watch the posted speed in front of schools during school hours.
