Warwick does need to be investigated for unethical conduct by it's "judge" and other court appointees. I got a ticket for expired tag that was caught by the automatic tag readers they have on their police cars. When I went to court the judge gave only 2 options: plead guilty and pay the fine or plead not guilty and have to come back a month later to plead your case. This is a ploy to make people pay because most people there are from out of town and it's a hardship to come back for a second time to plead your case. I have a letter from the state stating that this was their fault and the the tag registration was never sent out but I was not allowed to present my case when I went to court. I was told I had to either pay the fine or come back. I have never heard of a small town making you do that. As I said it is just a ploy to make you pay. There is no reason why someone couldn't present there case the first time in court. Also the "judge" showed up 20 minutes late then stood around and talked to several people before he started court.

Please contact the office of the Governor of Georgia and file a complaint. If enough people do this we can shut this unlawful action this city is doing down. Don't give up.
