Washington Ave. heading West
Heading West on Washington Ave. about 2 blocks before you reach El Cajon Blvd., cops sit in an apartment complex parking lot on the right. Look for the green block wall and they’ll be there, usually in the early morning hours. Got a ticket from them and have seen them there a couple of times since then.

This location has been used by El Cajon P.D for about 10 years. They used to have the motorcycle unit there every day by 6 AM to catch people going to work. They hadn't been there for about 3 years until the last few months, but now it's a patrol car also parked in the driveway of the apt complex. El Cajon needs the revenue!
