Washington State Highway 16 @ Washington State Highway 3
They have at least 3 areas for which they sit:
1. just under the overpass where you cannot see them on Westbound 16 tagging drivers just as the Speed Limit drops from 60 to 40.
2. On the overpass facing North Highway 3 tagging Drivers traveling Westbound 16 heading onto North 3.
3. Facing North on Highway using the center divide to block your view of them while you travel Southbound on Washington State Highway 3 as the Speed Limit drops from 50 to 40.
In all 3 sitting areas they have at least 3 or 4 State Troopers ready to Issue Tickets.
