During AM rush hour only, county police often sit on the shoulder of Welsh Tract Road right before/after the bridge over I-95. Doing the standard 50 instead of the posted 35, you can’t seen them as you approach from either direction until it’s too late. Drivers in the opposite direction are pretty good about warning you with high beam flashes.
