West Old Shakopee Road near Irving Avenue
Saturation Traffic enforcement project at this location- Bloomington "Traffic Officer" on motorcycle running a LTI 20-20 UltraLyte LIDAR (Laser) gun on a tripod. The officer was off his bike setup on the south side of the road monitoring eastbound Old Shakopee traffic. Several (5 at the time I passed) out of squads that are parked on Irving Ave So. Officers in traffic vests step out into eastbound Old Shakopee Rd traffic to wave offenders being stopped to pull to the right and stop just south of the location on Irving Ave So.
