West Street near west street Circle
Beside the Goodwill and accross from the West st. library often police set up stings in this location. Speeding and Dui/dwi checks during holiday and major events with the Navy games. I believe the speed limit is 25 no more than 30 PLEASE check because they dont do warnings. And 25 means 25 on West St., Spa Rd and Hilltop. Officers will hide in the yard of residents and use their radio to give the other cops parked one street over your car model/ color, tag no. and speed. When they do their dwi/dui checks everyone gets to stop..
