Westbound Roscoe Blvd at Encino Ave
Motorcycle Cops parked on side street of Encino Ave, trapping motorists at early mornings (6:30am to 10:00am) and our drive home from work (2:00pm to 8:00pm. They park hidden behind bushes at street corner and sometimes in driveway 100 feet west of this same location.
