Westlake Ave from Broad Street up to the big bend before the bridge is one big speed trap. The speed limit is 35 mph (due to lots of cross walks and pedestrians darting across the street). I commute on this road and there are always a couple of motorcycle cops hanging out on the east side of the street clocking people going north.
