Willow Street near State Highway 605
Willow Street between the 605 Freeway to Clark Ave is enforced by Motorcycle Officers and/or Patrol cars who randomly sit near the San Gabriel River bed or near Woodruff Avenue. They also strictly enforce the pedestrian crossings along the street too. The speed limit through the area is 40 MPH and is a mix of residential, some commercial and public park lands. It has been (unofficially) dubbed: "Blood Alley" by local newspapers!
