Winchester Road near Intersection of Margarita and Winchester
When taking a left from Winchester onto Margarita do Not even attempt it if the light changes yellow before you start your turn. It is an extremely long intersection to get through and motorcycle cops sit in front of Lowe’s and come directly after you, especially in the a.m. hours during school.

This site should be monitored more frequently-everyday I see cars running through , not only yellow but boldly through red lights. I'm suprised there isn't more accidents there.
It's not a red light violation to be in the intersection on a yellow. It is a violation if you cross the limit line after the light changes to red. It makes no difference how large the intersection is.
