Woodlands Parkway near Grogan’s Mill Bypass
While I haven’t been ticketed there because my office is at this intersection, I frequently see police parked on either side of the bridge catching speeders coming off the bridge.

This is definitely a consistent spot where patrol cars park on The Woodlands Parkway, the east side of the overpass that crosses Grogan's Mill, on both sides of The Woodlands Parkway. I don't notice them during the heavy commute to and from work, but the patrol cars are there regularly in the middle of the afternoon.
