Zelzah Avenue near Plummer Street
City police will watch for speeders who are late for school. They will also watch for students crossing Zelzah (legally or illegally). There is a high school on this street as well as the parking lot for California State University at Northridge. The university police station is also located on this street, but I don’t think they have the right to ticket off of the campus. Cars may also try to go past the crosswalk while students are in it.
