The city cops site here as far off the side of the road as they can get, sometimes in front of one of the empty buildings, sometimes mixed in with the cars parked at the businesses that are open. This is on the West side of the road. They seem to get good range on drivers going both directions from here. Hard to see them! 55 MPH!

It is a little hilly through there and the cops, mostly state cops, sit down in the little valleys waiting for you to come over the crest of the hills.

Upon entering a 55MPH posting, from 65MPH open & divided hiway an cresting a hill city cop will be laying at bottom of gully shooting at northbound traffic.
