They pulled me over for going 37 in a 35. The fine was way too much and possibly not legal($75 for each mph over the limit+ another $100 dollars in fines for no apparent reason)
Then 2 years later they send me a notice saying that I have another ticket and that I owe another $280.00 . Which is funny since I have only been through Arp one time in my life . The Judge could not show any proof of the other ticket but still insisted that I the fine . Arp is a total scam . Avoid the place at all cost.
