Conroe, Texas Speed Traps

Apparently, the home owner’s association is paying off-duty constables to safeguard the community. But, what happens is that these deputies mainly sit in wait near the entrance and make stop after stop for rolling through a stop sign or whatever.

DPS hangs out and watches the intersection north of Conroe. Don’t know where he was. He cam out of no where. Time was 8:55 pm.
