at towns edge the speed limit signs change quickly from 70 to 60 to 55 to 50 to 45 all within one mile.. they run there whole town off of this scam.

The speed limit goes from 70 to 55 right before the highway rest area. The Franklin police department hides in the rest area. Any people that speed by get zapped. They also like to hide in this small driveway that is hidden by brush and trees. I don’t think that 55mph is too slow, it is the length that you have to drive at 55mph. Also, any single pretty girls better stay about 5 under. The cops there pull over cute, young girls for bs reasons. Oh yeah, don’t blink or you will miss the town!
