Police will sit in the Schell Park parking lot watching the Jupiter southbound traffic. You will not see them until you come around the bend in the road and then it’s too late.

Tate Ave & W Parker Rd

There is always a cop there during the weekdays for lunch to try and get people from Plano West. They hide themselves well too. I got pulled over there last December

14th Street near Jupiter Road

Plano, TexasJul 17, 20080 Comments

The area on 14th Street between Ave K and Jupiter Road is a 30 mph zone. They will patrol this area (as the police station is just west of Ave K), in marked cars, motorcycles, and the new SUVs as well. They will also park in different spots on both sides and use radar.

It is busiest in the mornings, noon time, and rush hour in the evening, but I always seem to see them out. They enforce that 30 mph pretty hard as well!
