On Pecan st. behind small trees and brush, after the bridge.
Top of the hill on Louis Henna
RRPD Will either have a patrol car or bike with laser watching traffic coming up the hill. Officer will sit in the Montelena Apartment complex entrance and pull you over at the next right turn.
I’ve seen the bike more than the car so be careful. Usually shows up around in the morning after traffic dies down.
Most people do 60+ up the hill.
