San Angelo, Texas Speed Traps
Sheriff’s Deputys regularly hide around curve or over dam. 30 MPH limit.
State troopers regularly sit on the side of Arden in the speed zone where the limit changes from 50 to 45 then 35 mph near the bluffs. I was pulled over doing 55 just before the 45 mph sign and was given a ticket for 10 over rather than 5 over the speed limit. I see people getting pulled over here all the time. It’s easy to speed when you’re cruising down the highway for awhile and you have to slow down so quickly on your way into town or just before getting onto the loop.
Police Officer sits in car with radar on corner of E. 26th and Bowie.
FM/RR-2105 between US. 87 and Hwy 208, the Robert Lee Hwy. is posted 60 mph. The rest of 2105 is posted 70 mph. DPS works this stretch daily!
The posted is 45 pmh from Grape Creek to Dry Creek Bridge then it is 60 pmh and 55 mph on the curves then it goes down to 55 mph right brfore you get to Arden Road then it turns to 45 mph when you get to Rio Concho West. It work by the D.P.S Sherrif Dept. & POLICE DEPT.
