Stafford, Texas Speed Traps

Stafford police like to sit just north of the railroad tracks at 1092 (Murphy) and Highway 90 (Main), predominately at rush hours.

The Meadows Place police will sit and ticket speeders. The location is b/w West Belfort and West Airport where the 4 sets of stop signs in a row are. Slow down and stop at each sign completely.

They hide in the Republic Harley Davidson Parking lot, usually one with a radar gun, walks out from behind the bushes and zaps people as they exit off of 59. They have 2 or 3 motorcycle cops waiting for orders as to which cars to pull over. Weekdays in the evening rush hours and on the weekends. Be warned and slow down as you exit otherwise you will get a big ticket.

Police will position cars on both sides of RR tracks at South Main and Murphy watching for red light runners. Police are out nearly daily and Stafford PD is notorious for giving tickets with no warnings.
