DPS/Tomball P.D. sit in front of the TxDot Construction Shack, south bound on 249 where it goes from 2 lanes to 3. Be careful, they have no mercy!

They really like to pile on the charges, speeding + failure to signal lane change, expired insurance card etc. The good news is there is no reason to go there.

The speed limit 30 through-out, except on 249, but the cops will go 35, and if you go the same speed, than they pull you over for speeding. They pull you over for anything, not using your signal light etc. They also sometimes sit in the way of traffic, so they can radar people and block one lane of traffic at the same time.

Hiding in construction area behind road block signs. Traffic normally 10 to 15 mph over speed limit. Catches lead cars.

Tomball police have been using Lidar. He likes to hide in the underbrush with his car our of site. Lidar is good at going through brush with it’s narrow beam. This is a major trap!!
