Zavalla, Texas Speed Traps

This is a realy bad speedtrap. The ticket that was issued to me was issued on a county road. The location on the ticket was a street address and 69 Highway. This would have put the location in down town Zavalla.

Tnis is a very bad speedtrap the police patrol 69 Highway and all county roads and roads around Lake Sam Rayburn.The tickets will all have a street address and 69 Highway.That would be down town Zavalla.

This is a realy bad speed trap and growing. They not ony issue tickets in there town they allso issue tickets on State 147 and around Lake Sam Rayburn and all county roads.The location on tickets give a street address and 69 Highway down town Zavalla.

City limit has been moved about 2 mi south of town,55mph at city limit, but no town in sight, officers hide over a small hill, can,t see him till you are on him, also on Hwy 147 toward Lake Sam Rayburn, city limits are way out of town,have 3 officers and 2 cars, this town gets a lot of out of town lake traffic and writes a ton of tickets,$150 for minimum speeding ticket, they push the deferred adjudication so they keep all the money.
