Bountiful, Utah Speed Traps
Mill Street – various spots
This is a 25 mile per hour zone. People seem to have many different ideas of how fast you can drive on this street that runs by the high school. Many speeding tickets are issued on this street. The policeman park along the street or on various feeder streets. Easy tickets.
Bountiful Blvd. between Davis Blvd. on the N. and 1800 S.
Police hide out all along the Boulevard and often in the parking lot near East and South of the Bountiful, Utah L.D.S. Temple. This stretch of the road has no stop signs or lights. The speed limit is 30 miles per hour. Officers look for speeders as well as people not making full stops when entering onto the road, etc.
400 North Street near 700 East
Bountiful PD will park on the north side of the street under shade from overhanging trees. They are hard to spot until you are right on top of them. I see them several times each week in this location.

1800 South Street near 900 East Street
Quite often, there is a Bountiful City Police car parked either in the Mueller Park Jr. High school parking lot, or across the street in the church parking lot. They seem to monitor downhill traffic more than uphill, but there are tickets written in this area on a regular basis. The speed limit is 30 MPH, but people often travel at about 40+ going both up and down the hill, and they will ticket for speeding.
