Wallingford, Vermont Speed Traps

The Wallingford constable thinks he is better than the real police. He paid for his own cruiser and police certification and now writes the most tickets in the whole state. He is ruthless and thickheaded and even gave the govenor’s bodyguard (a state trooper) a ticket with the governer in the car. I guess you just have to slow down.
