Speed limit reduced @ town limits & troopers are waiting near town signs, also parked in woods perpendicular to road further on. Of 4 cars @ same speed, 4th car in line, single female out of state, was stopped. Others were not. Stay @ 55 mph or be ticketed/subject to discrimination.
