City cops set up traps in front of Frank Wagner Middle School. Sometimes they are just on the side of the road, other times in the drive way next to the school. Normally set up on weekdays 7-8 AM and 2-3 PM. Basically before and after the High School is in session. They also set up right in front of the High School during these times too.
