Week day mornings officers station on the side streets and ticket students going to the college and workers going into town.

An officer sits in between the 4 lane highway. You can’t see them if you are westbound but you can if you are eastbound. Speed limit is 55 and they are usually there in the AM and late evening. Also the most activity is at the beginning of each month.
