They sit at the end of the median wall, hiding behind the water barrels. They do not always sit facing the same way.

I-94 West of County Hwy SS, exit 290
State Patrol Cars sit in median just West of the end of the on-ramp (Eastbound) and off-ramp (Westbound) of SS onto I-94. The interstate goes down to two lanes West of the underpass, so it’s possible State Patrol is more concerned about accident prevention than speeders.

Pigs sit in the gray Gateway Plaza parking lot a little further north of Culvers on the south side of Capitol Dr.

Hwy 164 by the Church in parking lot
They will sit in the Church parking lot and you cant see to church coming in from Brookfield. So slow down in this area.
