West Allis, Wisconsin Speed Traps

The cops sit on the side streets and catch you either going NB/SB. The afternoon is when they have a lot of people. Once you turn onto 92nd from Bluemound and go to the first stop sign there is one speed limit sign. If you make a "U" turn at the stop sign (because there are houses that the only way to get to is by doing the "U" turn) and go NB on 92nd there are no speed limit signs. The speed limit is only 30mph. When the weather is nicer the cops on the motorcycles are out and they are EXTREMELY hard to find.

At the end of the month when they need to make their quota cops sit on either side of Washington Street, the second corner coming from either direction. Be careful! They like to hide behind bushes in the park when on the west side and houses right on the corner when on the east side.

Very heavy traffic enforcement can be seen at all times of the day.
