County Trunk 3005 near Jamaica Beach City Hall   Jamaica Beach, Texas

Route 3005 passes through Jamaica Beach, a tiny municipality surrounded by Galveston on the island's west end. No more than 1/2 mile long, the speed limit drops instantly from 50 to 35, and the Jamaica Beach police park in the city hall parking lot or another small lot nearby 24x7. I'll bet more than half the municipality's revenues come from speeding tickets.
