State Highway 78/79 near Santa Ysabel Casino   Santa Ysabel, California

Both direction, between Hwy 76 and the town of Santa Ysable. Officer parks behind trees. On the direction heading toward Santa Ysabel, it just before the new Casino. When heading away from Santa Ysabel, just in the flat on right side past the Indian Cemetry, before climb up the hill which lead up and over toward the casino
Somne times in this area they use the plane and call down to the officers. Lots of speeding sweeps are done in this area on the weekend due to motorcycle traffic. Especially in the Mt Palomar area.

Hiway 79 north of the 78 intersection. About 1 to 3 miles from Santa Ysabel will be CHP with radar. Spotted a couple times a month in daylight.
