Cesar Chavez/Soto St   Boyle Heights, California

Police officers come out at 4pm Daily and they are on Bicycles 2 or more at a time on the North corner and South corner of Soto St they are stationed there so they can make their quote they pull over as many as 3 cars at a time they jump into the street and flag you to stop. there are also motorcycle officers in the same vicinity waiting for you sometimes I witness nothing wrong but they still get pulled over and not only that they make it seem like a crime helicopter and all.

Corner of Evergreen/Cesar Chavez   Boyle Heights, California

LAPD Officer parks his bike on sidewalk and stands between two cars with his little gun if you are going over the 30 mph limit he jumps out in the street and motions you to pull over. This guy is a real piece of work, if your going 31 mph he WILL cite you! Hopefully the next car he "jumps in front of to cite for speeding" will clip him.
