Will Keith Road near US Highway 11   Argo, Alabama

When you are on Will Keith Road heading toward HWY 11, on your left there is an area that has a building with round bales. It is nice and shaded and the Argo police like to sit in there and get people coming around the curve to HWY 11. It is right by the long horn cattle pasture.

Liles Lane near Liles Lane and Honor Kieth Street   Argo, Alabama

Coming down the enormous hill on Liles lane past clear branch and crosspoint church... there is always Argo's finest that loves to clock people coming down a seemingly impossible hill at 35. He hides in Crosspoint's parking lot and loves a nice car to get. So always going down Liles lane be sure to rip the e-brake to stay at 35

County 6 Road near Roulain Road   Argo, Alabama

If you are traveling from Argo to Margaret / Branchville / Moody / Odenville then you should be aware of an Argo cop backed into a residential driveway as you are coming down the first hill after passing Blackjack Road (near a church and a small lake). As you are passing the lake on your right keep it at 40 and don't pass coming down the hill. (I did and got an improper passing but took photo evidence and beat it in court.. should have been a mistrial but the judge gave the officer 20 minutes to arrive)The officer (loosely used term there) will be sitting about 3/4 down the hill on the left, hidden from site until you are right upon him. After the next large hill keep it at 40mph because another officer sometimes sits at the bottom of a 1 mile hill clocking from different positions. Once you are into Margaret (due to a new Mayor and a great Chief of Police) we no longer have this problem.

Margaret Road   Argo, Alabama

My brother was pulled over b/c mufflers were loud the police officer asked him for license and registration he said okay but that he would have to reach in the glove box for his registration and didn't want to alarm him b/c his pistol was stored there. He handed the officer his license and pistol permit and before he could get his registration the officer asked him to step out of the car so he could search the vehicle. My brother did as he asked the officer called for back up and several more officers showed up they searched the vehicle found nothing and issued him a ticket for illegal mufflers which were not. My brother planned on fighting the ticket but the actual Judge called him and threw it out along with the ticket b/c the officer didn't have the legal right to pull him over. This was great but be very careful when driving through this town b/c these officers really have let their positions go to their heads.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
