US Highway 52   Higginsport, Ohio

Higginsport derives virtually all of it's income from traffic violations at night on 52. Speeding tickets for 37 in a 35 are common. Many argue that they were driving under 35 and ticketed anyway. Further, do not use bright lights in Higginsport. It is not posted, but you will get a $100 fine for it. Do not drive below 27 mph as you will be pulled over for dui suspicion. Higginsport residents are never ticketed. Actually, this town should be investigated under the RICO statute.
