They wait in Dr Gores (dentist office) parking lot on west side of road.
3 Oaks Road just East of Montana Dr./Decker Dr.
The Police sit on the South side of the road at the service road for the water tower where they are hidden in with the bushes and very hard to see. They get you going both ways East and West. Coming from the East the speed limit drops to 30mph and they say you’re in a school zone. They are there at least twice a month.
Decker Drive near Carl Sands Drive
Heading southbound on Decker Dr. you will begin to go down a large hill starting at the intersection of Carl Sands. At the bottom of the hill at either Pearl St. or Alicia Dr. Cary police will be waiting on one of these streets. They are commonly there during the early morning. You must use your brakes while proceeding down this hill for it will add at least 10-15 MPH to your speed and they will ticket you.
East Main Street near Sands Prairie
Heading East on East Main St, 1/4 mile East of Montana Dr., speed limit is 35 mph going downhill up until the Sands Prairie Cons. District entrance, where the speed limit changes to 40 mph. Cary Police will park inside the Cons. District entrance, behind the trees to catch drivers exceeding 35 mph downhill, and a fairly steep one at that.
Industrial Drive near Georgetown Drive
When turning off of Georgetown on to Industrial there is a hill and a posted 25 mph speed limit, the police sit in the trees by the curve facing Georgetown accross from Fed Ex. The car blends into the trees very well.If you go over 25 mph you will get a ticket
