Prescott Valley, Arizona Speed Traps

Prescott Valley has added the video cameras on many of their signal lights. You may receive a ticket in the mail for going through a yellow light that turns red before you pass through. The ticket is terribly expensive and even the staff at the police department are terrified of the camers. Also, even if you are going with the flow of traffic, you get a ticket in the mail unaware that you were even speeding because you were driving in the midst of all the traffic. You have no defense they just don’t care what you have to say. Pay the fine or go to school those are your options.

A brown van with radar on either side of Robert road at Lakeshore Drive will take your picture and send you a bill

This photo radar is in addition to Glassford Hill Road and Long Look Dr. Also in addition to the Mobile Photo Van (at least 2 vans that I know of)

There is almost always a radar van with photo enforcement parked, somewhat hidden, somewhere along Robert Road between Highway 69 and 89A in Prescott Valley.

it was about 8 pm nice and dark. got a KA reading on my x50 but ingnored it. passed a van and it took my picture. 35mph limit. got 2 other people i know that night
