De Soto Avenue & Ingomar Street

A MotorBike cop parks on the sidewalk (thanks to the handicap access curb) at the north west corner of De Soto and Ingomar. He uses a speed gun; pointing it at traffic flowing southbound on De Soto (from the light at Roscoe Blvd). The speed limit was recently raised from 35 to 40 mph. The road is 3 lanes wide both north and southbound and people really fly between Roscoe and Saticoy. The cop is standing on the sidewalk and is so brazen that he stops the southbound speeders in the slow lane during rush hour. He just motions the driver to stop at the corner. He never even has to get on his Bike. I see someone busted just about every day for the last few months. I travel mostly during rush hour, but I have seen someone pulled over at 10:40 PM on Saturday night by bike cops writing tickets. Beware!!!

Topanga Cyn Bl South of Saticoy on the West side

Motorcycle cop sits in parking lot south of Saticoy on the west side of Topanga, with either radar or especially getting you for crossing over or making a left turn either east or west bound from side streets across Topanga Cyn, as there is a "fake island". No signs coming out of side streets or driveways. In 1 hr I watched him actually never sit still, he was constantly writing tickets, me too. Island is between Valerio and Saticoy.

There is a short section of Roscoe that is posted for 35MPH. The rest of Roscoe is 40 MPH. The posting is covered by a few large trees. Motorcycle hides between cars on North side.
