Covina, California Speed Traps

The LASD parks there car in front of apartments. Usually giving tickets to traffic going east bound before hitting Sunflower Ave.

Going west bound on Cypress Street just pass Citrus Avenue a police car hide behind the tall bushes at the elementary school. His view is totally blocked until you pass him.

When you are going north on glendora when you get to the stop sign at cienga most people roll stop through, well to your right a cop hides in one of the parking lots (not sure) and pulls you over gives you a ticket and says that its being persued due to joggers and resident complaints.

Driving West in AM traffic, W. San Bernardino Road, the wide open two lanes road allows for commuters to speed once you pass HOLLENBECK ave (from a single lane). The motorcycle cops will usually park behind a bush in the driveway of the convelescent hospital or neighboring business’ on the NORTH side of the street just past Elspeth wy. (about 1/4 mile prior to AZUSA ave).

I’ve noticed them at least once a week parked along the WEST side of the street in an apartment driveway, attempting to catch speeders heading SOUTHBOUND on Barranca (just passed ARROW Hwy).
