Fountain Valley, California Speed Traps

Law enforcement monitors northbound Harbor Boulevard going over the Santa Ana river. The cop sits in the driveway of the plaza just north of it and waits for cars to speed around the corner. I see somebody pulled over and/or a cop poised with his radar gun almost every day as I drive to and from work.

Motor officer at the blind spot north of Warner and at the bottom of the hill by the carwash; about 200yds on the east side of Harbor. He’s really hard to spot by parked cars and bushes, but he’s there.

Between Edinger and Warner, 2 motorcycle cops. One by tennis courts and one behind bus stop at Heil shopping center.

Officer sits in strip mall and has radar on NB cars. Cars are coming down an incline so you tend to speed up.
